自通风直冷风力发电机气动噪声仿真与试验研究

为研究自通风直冷风力发电机的气动噪声及其频谱分布特性,采用混合计算气动声学法对自通风直冷风力发电机气动噪声进行仿真,并对电机额定转速下的流量、噪声声压级和 1/3 倍频谱进行了测试.通过仿真与试验对比,流量仿真误差为 4.25%,噪声平均声压级仿真误差为 2.4 dB(A),验证了仿真方法的可靠性.对电机噪声1/3 倍频带频谱分布特性进行了分析,指出了降噪方向.
Simulation and Experimental Research on Aerodynamic Noise of Self Ventilated and Direct Cooling Wind Turbines
To study the spectral distribution characteristics of aerodynamic noise of self ventilated and direct cooling wind turbines,a hybrid computational aerodynamic acoustics method was used to simulate the aerodynamic noise of self ventilated and direct cooling wind turbines.The flow rate,noise sound pressure level,and one-third octave band of the motor at rated speed were tested.Through simulation and experimental comparison,the flow simulation error was 4.25%,and the average sound pressure level simulation error was 2.4 dB(A),which verifies the reliability of the simulation method.The frequency spectrum distribution characteristics of motor noise in the 1/3 octave band were analyzed,and the direction of noise reduction was pointed out.
