A Reliability Test Scheme of Servo Motor in Heavy-duty Robot
With the continuous advancement of robotics technology,heavy-duty robots are playing a very critical role in various fields.The servo motors of heavy-duty robot have the characteristics of fast response and high precision,which can ensure that the robot adapts to the complex and changing working environment and meets different task requirements.By analyzing the principle of servo motor testing and taking into account the practical scenarios of the motor,a motor performance and reliability analysis scheme suitable for heavy-duty robots is proposed.The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed testing scheme.
