Performance Analysis of Resistance Welding Joints of Enameled Flat Copper Wire Without Removing the Paint Film
Based on the flat wire motor stator as the main body, combined with the material of flat copper enameled conductor and uninsulated copper terminal,as well as the resistance welding process method and characteristics, the microstructure, mechanical properties, electrical properties and other characteristics of the flat copper enameled wire non-stripping paint resistance welding joints under different cross-sectional shapes were explored. The appearance, macroscopic morphology, tensile performance,DC resistance and power-on temperature rise detection, and three-phase resistance verification of the stator winding of the welding joint were carried out. After comprehensive consideration,it was concluded that the performance of the non-stripping paint resistance welding joint of the flat copper enameled wire with a circular shape with concave points meets the design and process requirements.
