Geophysical exploration as a common means of exploration,plays a vital role in coalfield hydrogeolo-gy,playing a crucial role in ensuring the hydrogeology of coalfield.In recent years,with the continuous progress of technology and the continuous upgrading of instrument and equipment,the application of geophysical explora-tion technology has achieved considerable development.More and more geophysical exploration methods have been applied to the fields of water exploration and prevention and control of water in coalfield,effectively guiding hydrogeological work.This article comprehensively summarizes the current application of geophysical methods in coalfield hydrogeology,starting from methods classification and problem solving perspectives,and systematically summarizes the entire hydrological geophysical exploration technology system,with a view to providing enligh-tenment and reference for colleagues in future coalfield hydrogeological work and promoting the application of geophysical methods.
