Failure analysis and repair of eSeis node unit MCU and associated hardware
MCU(Multi Control Unit)is the core device in eSeis node unit,which controls the work of the whole node.Almost all the activities of the node(including data acquisition,data storage,data download,communication,genera-ting working voltage,etc.)are controlled by MCU.Therefore,when the MCU fails in software or hardware,it will al-ways lead to the abnormal function of some circuits it controls.In this paper,the core function principle of MCU,the types of node failures that can be caused,and the judgment methods of whether different failure types are caused by MCU are described in detail.At the same time,some typical fault maintenance methods are briefly described,aiming at providing reference for the electronic engineers and better maintaining nodes.
