Pipe drill rig is commonly used in geological drilling,resource extraction and other fields,but in prac-tice,when extracting casing with pipe puller,the casing caliper has a big shortage,the original pipe puller casing caliper adopts two half conical wedge type structure,the caliper needs to use a hammer to hit vigorously to tigh-ten or loosen the casing and casing tightening or separation,which is time-consuming and laborious,and the effi-ciency of extracting the pipe is low,and the deeper the well is the more labor-intensive it is to tighten or separate the casing,which is more labor-intensive.The deeper the well,the more time-consuming and labor-intensive it is to tighten and separate the casing.Therefore,a fast self-locking caliper is developed on the pipe puller of the pipe drill rig,which can automatically lock the casing without manpower,improve the speed of pipe pulling,shorten the drilling operation time,reduce the labor intensity and improve the drilling efficiency.
