作为地震勘探重要激发源的可控震源在地震勘探中起着非常重要的作用,但是,可控震源本身包含机械、液压、地面多个非线性子系统,属多输入多输出系统非线性反馈范畴,难以控制,经典的开环控制不适用可控震源,如何利用精确线性化控制实现可控震源控制系统鲁棒全局稳定性是关键一环.本文针对可控震源振动器闭环系统做了阐述,重点介绍可控震源振动器闭环系统的架构、系统的多个闭环、工作原理、伺服闭环控制技术以及影响闭环控制系统的一些因素.
Brief analysis of closed-loop control technology of vibroseis
As an important excitation source in seismic exploration,the vibroseis plays a very important role.However,the vibroseis itself includes multiple nonlinear subsystems such as mechanical,hydraulic,and ground systems,belonging to the category of multi input and multi output system nonlinear feedback,which is very dif-ficult to control.Classic open-loop control is not suitable for vibroseis,how to use precise linearization control to achieve robust global stability of a vibroseis control system is a crucial step.This article elaborates on the closed-loop system of a seismic vibrator,focusing on the architecture of the closed-loop system,multiple closed-loop systems,working principles,servo closed-loop control technology,and some factors that affect the closed-loop control system.
