可控震源作为地球物理勘探的重要激发源,其激发质量好坏直接影响着地震资料的品质.当可控震源出现振动故障时,其激发质量也不受控,不合格的振动不但影响地震资料品质且会降低施工效率.当出现上述情况时,现场技术人员需要快速、准确地判断出故障点并进行修复,避免影响施工进度.传统的故障排除方法多是依靠技术人员的经验,本文提出了一种全新的故障诊断方法,通过对可控震源振动异常数据进行分析,精准判断出可控震源振动故障,从而降低一线技术人员对振动故障判断难度,提高维修效率,提高施工效率,保障激发品质.
A method for rapid diagnosis of vibra-tion anomalies in vibroseis
As an important excitation source for geophysical exploration,the excitation quality of the vibrator di-rectly affects the quality of seismic data.When the vibrator has a vibration failure,its excitation quality is not controlled,and the unqualified vibration not only affects the quality of seismic data but also reduces the construc-tion efficiency.When the above situation occurs,on-site technicians need to quickly and accurately determine the fault point and repair it to avoid affecting the construction schedule.The traditional troubleshooting method mostly relies on the experience of technicians,this paper proposes a new fault diagnosis method,through the a-nalysis of vibrator vibration abnormal data,accurately determine the vibration fault of the vibrator source,so as to reduce the difficulty of front-line technicians to judge the vibration fault,improve maintenance efficiency,im-prove construction efficiency,and ensure the quality of excitation.
