可控震源都有一个由其排量确定的满出力频率,低于这个扫描频率时,流量会限制震源出力,造成出力减小.高于这个频率时,对流量的需求减小,因此,系统需求的流量和频率有很大关系.当液压系统流量不足时,将直接导致震源重锤无法按照扫描信号的要求运动,从而产生畸变.本文针对某可控震源低频段的畸变问题进了分析,通过理论计算、单频测试等方法逐步排查,找出产生畸变的原因是由重锤内油道口遮挡所致,并通过重新安装重锤活塞套排除故障.

The flow rate provided by hydraulic system is one of the key factors for seismic vibrators to complete sweeping.When the hydraulic system oil is insufficient,the Mass cannot move correctly according to the require-ments of the signal,resulting in distortion.In this paper,the distortion problem of the low frequency band of the seismicvibrator of a fault is analyzed.Through the method of theoretical calculation and single frequency test,it is found that the reason of the distortion is caused by the blockage of the oil channel inside the mass,and the fault is removed by re-installing the piston sleeve of the mass.
