地震勘探中,使用锤击震源车开展表层调查已成为一项成熟的施工方法.锤击震源车通过液压站实现重锤起升,利用遥控系统释放重锤形成激发,替代了雷管、炸药和电火花等激发方式.以越野车辆为底盘,激发部分主要由液压系统、链轮和其他安全附件组成,具有机械折叠和伸缩功能,适用于草原、平原、山地、沙漠等多种地形作业,降低了施工作业人员的工作强度,保证了施工作业安全、环保和质量要求,提升了表层调查工序的施工效率.
Development and application of surface adapta-tion of hammervibrator
In seismic exploration,the use of hammer vibrator to carry out surface survey has become a mature construction method.Hammervibrator through the hydraulic station to achieve the lifting of the weight,the use of remote-control system to release the weight to form excitation,instead of detonator,explosive and electric spark excitation.Taking off-road vehicle as chassis,the excitation part is mainly composed of hydraulic system,sprocket and other safety accessories,with the folding and telescopic function of mechanical structure,suitable for grassland,plain,mountain,desert and other terrain operations,reducing the work intensity of construction workers,ensuring the safety,environmental protection and quality requirements of construction operations,and improving the construction efficiency of the surface investigation process.
