摘要

可控震源电控箱体是激发可控震源的核心设备,是可控震源进行完整振动与采集数据的必要设施.在地震资料采集过程中,电控箱体既要根据施工要求精准控制可控震源扫描,又肩负着与可控震源导航及地震资料采集仪器的数据传输的责任.然而在实际生产中,经常会出现电控箱体或电控设备的故障问题,导致生产无法顺利进行.本文就FORCE-Ⅲ电控箱体在使用过程中出现的一些故障进行简单分析,并提出了解决办法.同时能快速排除故障,并能预防故障发生,减少设备损坏.

Abstract

The electric decoder of vibrator is the core equipment for collecting seismic exploration data,and is the neces-sary facility for vibrator to conduct complete vibration and collect data.In the process of seismic data acquisition,the e-lectric control system not only ensures accurate control of vibroseis vibration according to the construction requirements provided by oil company,but also undertakes the data transmission with vibroseis navigation and seismic data acquisition instrument.However in the actual production,the failure of the electric decoder or the electric control equipment will oc-cur,resulting in the failure of the production.In this paper,some faults occurred in the use of FORCE-Ⅲ decoderand in the construction of the collection instrument are analyzed briefly,and solutions are proposed.At the same time,it can quickly troubleshoot and prevent faults,reduce equipment damage.
