摘要

本文首先讲述了电位器的基本原理,并介绍电位器的基本种类.包括直滑式和旋转式.可控震源的底特律S60发动机手油门是旋转式电位器,而驱动踏板以及电位器式压力传感器从本质上来说是直滑式电位器.本文对这三个部件的结构组成及相关的电路控制原理进行了详细描述.针对EV-56型可控震源的PS1传感器故障案例,介绍了故障排查过程和故障原因.基于可控震源的电位器控制电路原理,本文对此类电路故障的一般诊断方法和步骤进行了介绍和总结.

Abstract

This paper first describes the basic principle of potentiometer,and introduces the basic types of poten-tiometer.Both the straight-slip type and the rotary type.The Detroit S60 engine hand throttle is a rotary poten-tiometer,while the drive pedal and the potentiometer pressure sensor are essentially straight-slip potentiometer.In this paper,the structure of these three components and the related circuit control principles are described in detail.For the fault case of PS1 sensor of EV-56 seismic vibrator,this paper introduces the troubleshooting process and explains the fault cause.Based on the principle of potentiometer control circuit,the general diagnosis methods and steps of such circuit faults are introduced and summarized.
