摘要

可控震源是集液压控制、机械传动、电子控制和气路控制于一体的精密设备.经过长期使用,液压系统中的任何元件都具有其特有的功能性问题,这对于维修技术人员提出了更高的要求,既要了解液压元件的特性也要了解系统的主次关系,才能在野外生产中更有针对性的解决问题.本文针对故障现象通过EV-56可控震源的驱动系统和合流技术系统的工作原理分析,总结出导致故障的原因并提出了合理地解决方案,明确了整体考虑解决液压系统故障的重要性.

Abstract

Vibroseis is a set of hydraulic control,mechanical transmission,electronic control and gas control in one of the precision equipment,after long-term use and development,any component in the hydraulic system has its own unique functional problems,for maintenance technicians put forward higher requirements,that is,need to understand the characteristics of hydraulic components to understand the primary and secondary relationship of the system.In the field production can be more targeted to solve the problem.Based on the analysis of the wor-king principle of EV-56 vibroseis drive system and confluence technology system,this paper summarizes the fac-tors leading to the fault and puts forward a reasonable solution,and puts forward the importance of considering the whole solution to the hydraulic system fault.
