摘要

428XL仪器作为Sercel 400系列采集系统,向下兼容408UL地面站单元,至今已使用17年以上,而408站单元则投入使用普遍超过25年,可见其稳定性和可扩充性得到了检验.428XL仪器系统主机服务器采用工作站并基于网络化连接实现排列的构建和管理.为了适应大道数生产,早期的428XL仪器主机工作站硬件基本都经过了升级更新.本文详细介绍了 428XL仪器主机的典型故障,并针对故障现象进行了分析探讨,提出了相应的解决方法.实践证明,本文所介绍的方法可快速有效解决上述故障,保障野外生产的顺利进行.

Abstract

The 428XL instrument,as a Sercel 400 series acquisition system,is backward compatible with the 408UL ground station unit and has been in use for over 17 years,while the 408UL instrument field unit has gene-rally been in use for over 25 years.It can be seen that its stability and scalability have been tested.Due to the networked construction of the instrument system host server using workstations,in order to adapt to the produc-tion of large quantities,the early 428XL instrument host workstation hardware has been basically upgraded and updated.This article provides a detailed introduction to the typical faults of the 428XL host instrument,analyzes and discusses the fault phenomena,and proposes corresponding solutions.Practice has proven that the method introduced in this article can quickly and effectively solve the above-mentioned faults,ensuring the smooth pro-gress of field production.
