The acquisition equipment needs to conduct user testing and polarity testing according to the standard during the incoming and outgoing storage and the team's commencement inspections.Due to the constraints of the testing site conditions,all equipment will be densely arranged and have no station numbers.Therefore,when re-moving faulty equipment during the testing process,how to quickly locate the location of the faulty equipment become a challenge that restricts our work efficiency.This article provides a detailed description of the develop-ment process and usage method of the sorting position conversion and broadcasting software.The software has the characteristics of simple operation and more humanization.It can convert the station information on the in-strument host into easily recognizable location information,and send it to the line checking worker's mobile phone through a professional app.It will improve work efficiency greatly.
