This study aims to design and implement an intelligent knob with the capability to output digital sig-nals in human-machine interaction.Traditional knobs face challenges such as limited detection performance,poor stability,cumbersome operation,slow response,and low readability for MCUs(micro controller unit).To ad-dress these issues,the research employs specific encoding techniques and material selection,successfully crafting an intelligent knob capable of outputting digital signals.The knob plays a crucial role in controlling multiple cir-cuit paths,making complex circuits easy to manipulate.The article introduces the design,detection,and display scheme of an intelligent knob capable of digital signal output.The digital signal output knob utilizes the CD40147BCMOS encoder to convert decimal data into a four-thread BCD format.Subsequently,the data is seri-ally input to the MCU through the SN74HCT165 shift register,.The digital signal output knob exhibits strong data readability,rapid response,low failure rate,ease of control,and a simple structure.
