AHV380可控震源被广泛应用于海外勘探项目中,其电路系统的电源来自12V发电机.12V发电机安装在震源发动机上并通过皮带轮来进行驱动.由于可控震源本身搭载了全车灯光、电控箱体、电台、导航系统等各种用电器,震源正常生产过程中,发电机基本处于全负荷状态下工作;此外,可控震源工作环境恶劣,且模式一般都是24 h工作.大负载和恶劣的环境导致发电机损坏率非常高,当机械师缺少系统知识时,修复率极低.Delco Remy 30SI这款发电机是使用比较多的一款发电机.本文主要对Delco Remy 30SI的工作原理进行分析,探索故障原因和维修方法.
The analysis and inspection of AHV380 vi-brator generator
AHV380 vibrator is widely used in overseas exploration projects,and its circuit system is powered by 12 volts generators.The 12 volts generator is mounted on the engine and driven by a pulley.Because the vibrator is equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances such as the whole car light,electronic control box,radio,navi-gation system,etc.,when the vibrator is running,the generator is basically working under full load.In addi-tion,the working environment of exploration projects is harsh,and the working mode is generally 24 h continu-ous running.Large loads and harsh environments lead to a very high generator failure rate,and mechanics lack systematic knowledge when repairing damaged generators,and the recovery rate is extremely low.The Delco Re-my 30 SI generator is one of the more commonly used generators.This paper mainly analyzes the working princi-ple of Delco Remy 30SI,and explores the fault analysis and maintenance methods of generators.
