互联网和大数据技术发展迅速,以技术为支撑的图书馆信息化建设驱动图书馆服务和工作模式的创新.图书馆的技术保障工作是支持图书馆资源建设、优化用户服务及满足用户需求的手段.模块化管理是系统化、科学化的管理方法,旨在通过对工作流程的精准拆分,将复杂的工作任务细化为简洁的模块,以便更便捷、轻松地管理和操控.在图书馆技术保障工作中采取模块化管理方式,有助于提高工作效率,并促进工作标准化建设.
Abstract
with rapid development of the Internet and big data technology,the technology-based library information construc-tion drives innovation in library services and work modes.The technical support work of a library is a means to support the library resources construction,optimize services for users and meet their needs.Modular management is systematic and sci-entific,aiming at breaking complex work tasks into concise modules through precise workflow decomposition,so as to facili-tate easy management and manipulation.Modular management applied in library technical support work can help improve work efficiency and promote work standardized construction.
