职教本科数控技术专业行动体系课程开发建设路径

摘要
随着全球市场竞争加剧,以智能制造为代表的先进制造技术已在企业逐步推广应用.面对产业高端和高端产业的智能制造职业岗位,中、高职毕业生的岗位职业能力适应性明显不足.岗位职业能力适应性是职教本科的本质特征,职教本科数控技术专业课程的开发应遵循职业本位逻辑,根据人才市场需求的变化进行持续的自我革新,为主动融入地方产业发展及提升地方经济综合实力,提供高层次技术技能数控技术专业人才教育保障.
Abstract
With the intensification of global market competition,advanced manufacturing technologies represented by intelli-gent manufacturing has been in a gradual promotion and application in enterprises.In face of intelligent manufacturing jobs in high-end industries and industrial high-end,the students graduating from secondary and higher vocational institutes obvi-ously lack sufficient vocational ability adaptability which is the nature of vocational education undergraduate.The curriculum development for CNC technology major in vocational education undergraduate should follow the occupation-based logic and be in continuous self-innovation according to the changes in the demand of talent market,and provide a high-level technical and skilled talent pool for active integration into local industrial development and improvement of comprehensive strength of local economy.
