摘要
教师职业认同是教师个体心理归属和自我提高的原始动力,也是教师专业发展的内驱动力.调研发现,安徽省高职教师职业认同总体水平较高,在性别、婚姻状况、学历、职称、工作年限、学校类型、平均月收入等变量上,职业认同表现出一致性;在年龄、职务、学校所在城市等变量上,职业认同及其因子则呈现出显著性差异.
Abstract
Teachers'career identity is the original driving force for teachers'individual psychological belonging and self-im-provement,as well as the internal one for professional development.It is found through researching that the overall career i-dentity level of teachers working in higher vocational institutes in Anhui Province is relatively high.It is consistent in varia-bles such as gender,marital status,education,professional title,working years,school type and average monthly income,and significantly different in variables such as age,position,and cities where the institutes are located.
