卓越绩效模式下高职院校过程管理研究

摘要
质量强国背景下,高职院校的高质量发展备受关注.卓越绩效模式下高职院校的管理者应在使命、愿景和价值观的引领下,识别全过程中的关键过程,根据战略目标和相关方的要求设计过程及过程中的关键绩效指标,使用PDCA质量管理工具,常态监测指标达成情况,实现战略目标、人才培养过程和结果的有效匹配,提高学校的经营质量和人才培养质量,从而使学校获得竞争优势.
Abstract
Under the background of building a quality power,the high-quality development of higher vocational institutes has attracted much attention.Under the performance excellence model,guided by their mission,vision and values,the operators of higher vocational institutes should identify key processes throughout the entire process,design the processes and key per-formance indicators therein based on strategic objectives and the requirements of relevant parties,use PDCA quality manage-ment tools,regularly monitor the achievement of indicators,achieve effective matching of strategic objectives,talent cultiva-tion process and the achievements,and improve the quality of school operation and talent cultivation,so as to gain an edge in competition.
