新《职业教育法》背景下高职院校治理能力现代化优化路径

摘要
2022年新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》为职业教育提质培优、增值赋能提供了重要的法律指引、规范依据和发展空间.当前,高职院校治理尚存在体制机制建设有待完善、治理制度建设不够健全、民主协商程度有待提高、监督执纪功能不够突出、治理文化建设有所欠缺等问题,可从优化治理体制、健全治理制度、丰富民主形式、强化执纪力度、重视治理文化等方面入手,进一步提升高职院校治理水平,推动了职业教育高质量发展.
Abstract
The newly-revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China provides important legal guid-ance,normative basis,and development space for quality improvement&excellence nurture and value-increase&enabling of vocational education.For the current problems in the governance of higher vocational institutes,such as unsound institutions&mechanisms,inadequate governance systems,low-level democratic consultation,insufficient supervision&discipline en-forcement,and lack of governance culture,it is feasible to set about in the aspects of optimizing the governance system,im-proving governance institutions,enriching democratic forms,strengthening discipline enforcement,and attaching importance to governance culture,so as to further enhance governance capacity of higher vocational institutes and promote high-quality development of vocational education.
