摘要
BIM(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在超低能耗建筑的设计与运行中发挥着至关重要的作用.借助该技术,技术人员能够精确地搭建超低能耗建筑的模拟结构,利用碰撞检测这些结构元素之间可能存在的冲突,以保障建筑设计的准确性和高效性.研究结果表明,利用BIM技术进行超低能耗建筑的能耗模拟,创建建筑机电元素并模拟电气运行过程,可有效提高建筑的能源效率,实现建筑行业的可持续发展.
Abstract
BIM(Building Information Modeling,BIM)technology plays a crucial role in the design and operation of ultra-low-energy buildings.By means of this technology,technicians can accurately construct the simulation structure of ultra-low-ener-gy buildings and detect possible conflicts between structural elements through collision to ensure accuracy and efficiency of building design.The results of the study show that BIM technology can be used for energy consumption of ultra-low-energy buildings,creation of building electromechanical elements and electrical operation process simulation,which improves the en-ergy efficiency of buildings and realize sustainable development of building industry.
