摘要
2023年我国公募基金规模首次超越银行理财,公募基金投资成为居民资产配置的重要手段.随着公募基金行业重要性的日益提升,公募基金投资者教育受到了更多的关注.在一系列公募基金投资相关规定落地实施的大背景下,加强公募基金投资者教育对于投资者体验、机构经营和行业发展均有积极意义.当前公募基金投资者教育工作仍存在投资者认知有待改变、机构动力不足和难以持续投入的问题.境外发达市场经过数十年的经验积累,投资者教育相对成熟,为我国的公募基金投资者教育提供了借鉴.公募基金投资者教育应当回归到以投资者利益为中心的本源,树立正确的认识、积极转变思路,不断提升投资者获得感.
Abstract
In 2023,the scale of public fund in China surpassed that of banks'wealth management products for the first time,and public fund investment has become an important means of residents'asset allocation.With the increasing importance of the public fund industry,the education for investors in this industry has attracted more attention.In the context of the im-plementation of a series of related regulations on public fund investment,strengthening the education for investors is of posi-tive significance to the investors'experience,institutional operation and industry development.There are still problems in this field,such as the need to change the investor cognition,the lack of institutional motivation and the difficulty in sus-tained investment.After decades of experience accumulation in overseas developed markets,the education for investors is relatively mature,providing reference for domestic development of this field.The kind of education should return to the in-vestor-interest-centered origin,set up correct understanding,actively change way of thinking,and constantly improve inves-tors'sense of gain.
