公共治理视域下移动电子商务社群治理框架研究
A Study on the Mobile E-commerce Community Governance Framework from the Perspective of Public Governance

摘要
随着移动互联网的快速发展,移动电子商务社群逐渐成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分,然而,在其发展的过程中逐渐出现了信息不对称、虚假宣传、侵犯消费者权益等亟待解决的问题.分析问题出现的原因,并应对问题构建一个健康、有序、可持续发展的移动电子商务社群,是当前电子商务发展的新诉求.从治理人、事、物三个方面出发,构建一个主体多元化、规则体系化、目标公共化、治理过程现代化和互动化的治理框架,为新形势下移动电子商务社群的发展提供新的治理思路.
Abstract
With rapid development of mobile Internet,the mobile e-commerce community has gradually become an important part of people's daily life.However,during its development,many problems have emerged and need to be solved urgently,including asymmetric information,false propaganda,infringement of consumer rights and so on.To make analysis on the reasons why these problems have emerged,and build a healthy,orderly and sustainable mobile e-commerce community is a new demand for the current development of e-commerce to deal with the problems mentioned above.Constructing a govern-ance framework characterized by diversified subjects,systematic rules,public goals,as well as modern and interactive gov-ernance processes from three aspects including governing people,affairs,and objects,provides a new governance way-of-thinking to the development of mobile e-commerce communities in the new situation.
