摘要

增强职业教育适应性是一个系统工程,职业教育需要适应经济社会发展、职业教育人才培养高质量发展以及学生全面发展的需求,以增强外部适应性、内部适应性和对象适应性.利用"行业+学校"两个支点,形成"外力+内力"的合力,有助于构建职业教育协同育人联动机制,并推动职业教育高质量发展.以华光职业学院实施现代学徒制试点项目为例,在构建"政行企校"协同育人联动机制上,对"行业牵头、学校主导"下的"行校协同"模式展开的探索与研究,旨在实现提高高技能人才培养适应性的目标.

Abstract

Improving the adaptability of vocational education is a systematic project.Vocational education shall meet the needs of economic and social development,high-quality development of vocational education talent cultivation,and students'com-prehensive development,in order to enhance external,internal and object adaptability.By use of the two fulcrums of"indus-try+school",with a combined force of"external forces+internal forces",a collaborative talent-training linkage mechanism will be established to promote high-quality development of vocational education.In the case of the modern apprenticeship pi-lot project implemented in Huaguang Vocational College,as far as a"government-industry-enterprise-school"collaborative talent-training linkage mechanism is concerned,exploration and investigation are made on the"industry-school"mode"led by industry and held by school",so as to achieve the goal of improving the adaptability of high-skilled talent cultivation.
