职业启蒙教育实践路径探索——以铜陵市中小学职业启蒙教育实践为例

摘要
中小学开展职业启蒙教育,对完善现代化基础教育和职业教育体系具有双重意义.目前,我国中小学职业启蒙教育的实践与研究尚处于初级阶段,各地教育水平不一、质量参差不齐.相较于全国领先地域,铜陵市中小学职业启蒙教育起步较早,但瓶颈现象过早出现且比较明显,教育规模、成效和认可度均有待进一步提升.统筹推进以加强工作主体建设、宣传交流以提高工作认知度、专兼结合以提升师资队伍水平,分层递进以强化课程资源建设,多措并举以完善工作保障体系等对策,有利于实现学生全面发展.
Abstract
The implementation of vocational enlightenment education in primary and secondary schools is of dual significance to improving the system for modern basic education and vocational education.At present,the practice and research on voca-tional enlightenment education in primary and middle schools in our country is in the initial stage,with different educational levels and quality in different areas.Compared with the leading regions in the country,primary and secondary schools in Tongling initiated vocational education earlier,but the bottleneck phenomenon also appeared early,being more obvious.Its scale,effectiveness and recognition need to be further enhanced.The countermeasures including overall planning and promo-tion to strengthen the construction of the work subject,propaganda and communication to raise the work cognition,full-time and part-time combination to raise the teaching level of the teaching staff,layered progression to strengthen the construction of the curriculum resources,and taking various measures to improve the job security system,are conducive to achieving students'all-round development.
