The viewpoint on practice is the primary and fundamental one of Marxist philosophy.In the 21st century when glo-balization and informatization are intertwined,China is striding forward firmly on the way to a modern power.In this process,the young are national future and hope,and the establishment and innovation of their viewpoint on practice is par-ticularly important.The society should set up a broad stage for the young to practice by taking scientific and technological in-novation as the driving force,talent innovation as the target,and institutional innovation as the guarantee,to promote Chi-na's modernization.As the backbone of national development,the young should be firm on the requirements of the times for practice,realize the unity of theory and practice,and take up the mission of"being ready to make China strong".
