摘要

大型公共建筑造型复杂,工期紧张,涉及多个专业领域的施工,各专业之间配合协调难度大.同时,穿插施工的管理与成本控制的难度也较大.以某图书馆项目施工为例,从BIM模型建立、BIM全专业模型整合、基于BIM的深化设计、基于BIM的施工组织优化以及基于BIM云平台的创新应用等方面,对BIM技术在大型公共建筑工程项目智慧建造全生命周期中的数字化集成应用及其成效所展开的探讨,旨在为BIM信息化手段助力建设工程智慧施工提供解决方案,助推建筑业的转型升级.

Abstract

The construction of large public buildings involves multiple fields of expertise,with complex shape,tight project time limit as well as difficult cooperation and coordination between different fields of expertise.Meanwhile,it is difficult to manage interspersed construction and control the cost.Taking the construction of a library project as an example,discussion is made on the digital integrated application and effectiveness of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of smart construction of large public construction projects from the aspects of BIM model establishment,BIM full-professional model integration,BIM-based deepening design,BIM-based construction organization optimization and innovative application of BIM cloud plat-form,so as to provide solutions for BIM informatization to help smart construction of construction projects and promote transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
