As a bridge for in-depth cooperation on industry-education integration between higher vocational institutes and en-terprises,industrial school plays a remarkable role in cultivating high-quality skilled talents.To promote the construction of higher vocational industrial schools which should be based on collaboration among the government,schools and enterprises,oriented by the goals of talent cultivation and aimed at mutual benefit,it is necessary to speed up the establishment of innova-tive management models and operational mechanisms,innovate the collaborative education system,and formulate new talent cultivation models for industrial schools.The concrete paths include establishing the management committee for an industrial school,enhancing relevant systems,unlocking the hidden potential,and paving new ways for its development;keeping voca-tional education curriculum systems,vocational experiments & training and vocational qualification certificates in synchro-nous development,making organic integration of on-campus practical training(inspections)and off-campus practical experi-ences,and creating a"three-horizontal and two-vertical"talent cultivation model;deepening the educational and teaching re-form,restructuring modular curriculum systems and regrouping a"double-qualified and dual-talented"teaching team.
