The development of new quality productive forces is an important focus point for the high-quality development of China's economy.There is a realistic logic of accompaniment and coupling between vocational education and new quality productive forces.Empowering the development of new productive forces is the mission of the vocational education for the times and the inevitable requirement for high-quality development.Higher vocational institutes included in"Double-high Program",as the pacesetter for higher vocational education,shall be the leading force for the development of new quality productive forces,and become the core impetus for industrial upgrading,technological innovation and regional economic development to meet the need in high-level technical and skilled talents for the development of new quality productive forces.However,in the face of the requirements for the development of new quality productive forces,there are still many dispari-ties in talents training,specialty setting,industry-education integration,science-education integration of China's higher vocational institutes.As a result,those included in"Double-high Program"must update the educational concept,innovate the talents training system,dynamically adjust the specialty setting,strengthen industry-education integration and deepen science-education integration,so as to make due contribution for empowering the development of new quality productive forces.
