Public hospitals shoulder the sacred responsibility of protecting people's lives and health,disseminating scientific and medical knowledge,and promoting the"Healthy China"construction.It is necessary to do well in Party construction and ideological & political work and play their synergistic role in education.From the perspective of inner logic,they are consistent in terms of educational goals and complementary in terms of educational role.As for the meaning of value,their synergistic effect is conducive to insisting on correct hospital-running orientation and nurturing medical professionalism in the new era and promoting high-quality development of hospitals.From the perspective of reality,there are such problems as unsound system,week medical team and less innovative method during the synergistic education.It is necessary to strength-en political guidance,talent training,cultural infiltration and research & innovation,promote the creation of a good political and cultural atmosphere in the hospital,so that the majority of medical workers can consciously become practitioners,pro-moters and guardians of the"Healthy China"construction,and continuously improve their political literacy and medical service level for high-quality development of medical and health services.
