The Excel has been widely used in various kinds of statistical work.In order to better carry out statistical analysis on biological samples,scholars take different types of biological test data as examples to introduce the specific operations and precautions of Excel in terms of describing biostatistical data,t hypothesis testing,analysis of variance,regression analysis,etc.The Excel data processing function can be widely applied in biostatistical analysis for its simple operation and clear re-sults.The correct use of Excel data processing function can further lower the difficulty in biostatistics,shorten the time for data processing and increase the utilization rate of biological test data,providing help for primary-level researchers for pro-cessing biological test data.
