摘要

实验以广西武鸣沃柑的皮渣为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交试验设计优化多酚物质提取工艺,并研究广西武鸣沃柑皮渣中多酚物质提取液的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明,最佳提取方案为:液料比为50 陆 1,乙醇浓度为50%,超声温度为60 ℃,超声功率为70 W.在此条件下,经过三次重复测定,广西武鸣沃柑多酚物质提取率达到17.831 mg/g.此外,广西武鸣沃柑皮渣中提取的多酚物质对DPPH自由基清除率随着浓度的增加而提高.当多酚溶液为0.4 mg/mL时,清除率达到最大,为56.78%,表明其对DPPH自由基有良好的清除效果.

Abstract

With peel residues of Guangxi Wuming Orah mandarin as raw material,based on single factor experiments,by use of an orthogonal test,the experiment is to optimize the process of extracting polyphenols and make research on antioxidant activity of the extracted polyphenols solution.The results showed that the optimal extraction scheme is as follows:the ratio of citrus peel to solvent is 50∶1;the concentration of ethanol solution is 50%;the temperature and power of the ultrasonic cleaner are respectively 60℃ and 70W.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols from peel residues of Guangxi Wuming Orah mandarin reaches 17.831 mg/g after three times of measurement.In addition,the removal rate of DP-PH free radicals by the extracted polyphenols mentioned above increases with the increase of concentration.When the con-centration of polyphenol solution was 0.4 mg/mL,the removal rate reached 56.78%at its maximum,indicating good remov-al effect.
