It is of great practical significance to studying the statistical monitoring and evaluation on common prosperity for promoting the construction of common prosperity.In this study the scientific connotation of common prosperity is deeply in-terpreted,and then a dynamic monitoring and evaluation mechanism,which combines monitoring the common prosperity process and evaluating its realization degree,is designed.On the one hand,from the two dimensions of"common prosperity in material life"and"common prosperity in spiritual life",a more perfect index system of the statistical measure of common prosperity is constructed to effectively monitor the process of common prosperity.On the other hand,a comprehensive index model,which is composed of affluence level index,affluence sharing index and human development index,is established to e-valuate the result of common prosperity.
