By means of literature review,data statistics and logical analysis,with the ethnological traditional sports club"Dancing Dragon and Phoenix"as the study object,deep exploration has been made on the evolution,status quo and current predicaments of ethnological traditional sports culture in colleges and universities.It is considered that the ethnological tradi-tional sports culture must be developed in an innovative way on the basis of normalization and scientific skill training of tradi-tional sports programs.Only by playing the role of school-enterprise cooperation in"cultural integration",developing conver-gence media technologies and integrating into civil social organizations,can the ethnological tradition sports culture be in in-novative development driven by strong internal impetus.
