摘要
目的：探讨X线摄片与透视相结合在肋骨诊断中价值。方法：对2011年3月-2013年2月，我院126例胸部外伤门诊患者采取X线摄片与透视相结合的方法来共同协助诊断肋骨骨折的有无、数量、部位及相关并发症情况。结果：126例胸部外伤门诊患者X线摄片确诊肋骨78例，103根肋骨，并发症21例；X透视确诊肋骨骨折104例，189根肋骨，并发症44例。结论：对胸部外伤患者的病情观察与诊断，一定要采取摄片与透视相结合的方法，特别是透视能从多角度、全方位的观察明显提高肋骨骨折的诊断率，及并发症的发现率，从而能避免肋骨骨折的误诊、漏诊及延误患者的治疗或造成人为的医疗纠纷。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the X-ray fluoroscopy combined with diagnostic value in the ribs. Methods:March 2011-2013 in February, our hospital 126 cases of chest trauma clinic patients to take X-ray and fluoroscopy method of combining together to help diagnose the presence or absence of rib fractures, quantity, location and related complications . Results:126 cases of chest trauma outpatient X-ray diagnosis of rib 78 cases, 103 ribs, complications, 21 cases;X fluoroscopy rib fractures diagnosed 104 cases, 189 ribs, complications 44 cases. Conclusion:The observation of chest trauma patient's condition and diagnosis, we must take radiography and fluoroscopy combination of methods, especial y from the perspective multi-angle, al-round observation significantly improve the diagnosis rate of rib fractures, and complications discovery rate , which can avoid rib fracture misdiagnosis and delays caused by the patient's treatment or artificial medical disputes.
