This paper disscuses the Photo Album of Wutai Mountain by Ono Genmyo,a monk in Japan.Firstly it combs the background and the reasons for Ono Genmyo to visit Wutai Mountain,after which details are given about the photograph related to the Foguang Temple in the Photo Album of Wutai Mountain by Ono Genmyo,which are compared and analyzed with the current status of the Foguang Temple.Finally,we take the changes of the Buddhist stone pillar of eleven year of Dazhong reign an example in relevant image materials to summarize the research perspective and academic value of the early image materials of the Foguang Temple.
