摘要
数据智能研究极大拓展了数据治理、处理、应用的流动范围,对动态安全和随遇响应有了更强要求.以数据分布式一致性技术和密码学为基础的区块链技术及其技术体系应用,具备体系赋能数据智能的天然优势.区块链技术体系以数据作为新型生产要素,能够提供基于数据供需关系的全域、全维、全类、全量数据的流动治理新模式,通过研究提出了"一域+两链+三服务"全周期安全治理基础框架、流动治理模式和实践方案路径,提供了适应数据智能发展的全方位新模式,支持形成了多场景数据主体的价值链条与平衡机制.
Abstract
Data intelligence research has greatly expanded the scope of data governance,processing,and application,requires stronger dynamic security and occasional responsiveness.Blockchain technology and its application,based on distributed data consistency and cryptography,presents a natural advantage in systemically empowering data intelligence.Treating data as a new factor of production,the blockchain technology system can provide a new mode of governance for the flow of data based on supply and demand relationships,covering all domains,dimensions,categories,and volumes of data.A foundational framework for secure governance throughout the lifecycle,along with a flow governance model and practical implementation pathways,labeled as"one domain+two chains+three services,"was proposed.This framework provides an all-encompassing new pattern adapting to the development of data intelligence,enabling the formation of value chains and equilibrium mechanisms for data entities across multiple scenarios.
