In addressing the challenges of establishing a collaborative data circulation system,an approach leveraging lightweight blockchain technology for data sovereignty management and control is proposed.The method involves constructing a trustworthy collaborative data circulation system,ensuring the credibility of data content,data behavior,and data origin.This facilitates secure sharing among collaborators across layers,domains,systems,departments,and business scenarios.In specialized fields such as military training and selection,the implementation of a data governance platform based on lightweight blockchain technology has successfully innovated applications,ensuring trustworthy user identities and data access controls.Key steps include utilizing Attribute-Based Encryption(ABE)algorithms to encrypt user attributes,allowing users with matching attributes to perform decryption operations,thereby achieving selective data disclosure.This method plays a crucial role in addressing the challenges of secure data sharing.
