Fault Analysis of Current Sampling Circuit of Watt-hour Meter Based on Infrared Temperature Measurement Technology
A method for analyzing the loss of current fault in the current sampling circuit of a Watt-hour meter based on infrared temperature measurement technology is researched to ensure the safe operation of the Watt-hour meter.a model for voltage live line disconnection fault and current sampling circuit fault is built to analyze the reasons for the current sampling circuit loss fault of the Watt-hour meter, and based on this, the infrared thermal imaging principle is used to collect the radiation energy of the Watt-hour meter current sampling circuit, atmosphere, and surrounding object.A two-dimensional infrared image that displays the temperature of the Watt-hour meter current sampling circuit is generated to provide image information for the subsequent positioning of the current sampling circuit loss of the Watt-hour meter; The grayscale difference addition method is used to process multi-level infrared two-dimensional images, and an interpolation algorithm is used to construct a three-dimensional image. The location of the current loss fault is located based on the slight difference between the current sampling circuit of the Watt-hour meter and the surrounding state in the three-dimensional image. The experiment shows that this method can monitor the temperature of the current sampling circuit of the Watt-hour meter in real-time,visually identify problems, and reliably and accurately locate the location of the current sampling circuit loss fault of the Watt-hour meter.
