针对超宽带共形极化敏感阵列(Conformal Polarization Sensitive Array,CPSA),提出一种用于波达方向(Direction of Arrival,DOA)与极化角联合估计的降维多重信号分类(Multiple Signal Classification,MUSIC)算法,由 Monte-Carlo模拟结果可知,DOA估计性能在低频处下降,无法满足信号测向需求.为解决此问题,使用虚拟扩展阵列的方法优化算法,选取不同扩展参数构造虚拟阵列,提高算法可靠性.通过仿真实验可知,优化后的算法能明显改善DOA估计在低频处的抗噪性能与容差性能,显著提高实际应用中信号测向的准确率.
DOA-polarization Estimation Algorithm and Optimization for Ultra-wideband Conformal Polarization Sensitive Array
A dimension-reduced Multiple Signal Classification(MUSIC)algorithm for joint estimation of Direction of Arrival(DOA)and polarization angle is proposed for ultra-wideband conformal polarization sensitive array.According to Monte-Carlo simulation results,the DOA estimation performance decreases at low frequencies,which cannot meet the requirements of signal direction finding.In order to solve this problem,the virtual extended array method is used to optimize the algorithm,and virtual arrays with different extended parameters are constructed to improve the reliability of the algorithm.Simulation results demonstrate that the optimized algorithm can significantly improve the performance of noise immunity and error tolerance of DOA estimation at low frequencies,considerably raising the accuracy of signal direction finding in practical applications.
