Design of Servo Control System for Ka Band Vehicular Remote Sensing Station Antenna
For the application requirements of high precision calibration and narrow beam tracking of the 7.3 m Ka band vehicular remote sensing station antenna,a tracking control method of multi-source data fusion is proposed. An angle calibration method combining dual GPS/Beidou north determination and solar calibration is adopted, which improves the antenna acquisition probability and solves the problems that the vehicular station antenna is difficult to acquire and the servo angle calibration precision is high after vehicular station transition. This tracking control method also comprehensively utilizes the receiver tracking error data, program tracking point data, external guidance angle data and antenna real-time angle measurement data in the antenna system, and carries out data fusion tracking through the adaptive weighted least squares method, thus improving the tracking accuracy and tracking performance of the vehicular remote sensing station antenna. The test results show that the angle calibration accuracy of antenna achieved by the combined calibration method is better than 0.02°,the tracking error of servo control system is reduced by more than 30%compared with single data source tracking, and tracking accuracy is better than one fifteenth of the beamwidth, which verify the effectiveness of the combined calibration method and multi-source fusion tracking. This method can be used to guide the design of the servo control system for large aperture high band remote sensing station antenna.
