遥感大数据的地理环境构建及目标保障技术综述

地理环境构建及目标保障在安全政策制定、突发事件应急、国土防护和灾害监测等事件中发挥着重要的作用.随着卫星、无人机和地面传感网等空天地传感器的迅猛发展,遥感大数据正成为地理构建、目标保障的重要数据来源.围绕遥感大数据的发展现状,从遥感大数据的获取技术与手段着手,探索卫星遥感全球高精度定位与测图、重点地区空天遥感三维地理环境构建、遥感影像全要素解译和遥感目标检索等关键技术.根据遥感大数据在不同情景下的实践与应用,简要介绍了遥感大数据的典型案例,如突发事件应急响应、遥感自然灾害监测与评估.结合当今社会的发展与战略背景,对遥感大数据的应用前景进行了总结与展望.
Exploration of Geographic Environment Construction and Target Support Technology with Remote Sensing Big Data
Geographic environment construction and target assurance play an important role in security policy development,emergency response,homeland protection,disaster monitoring and other events.With the rapid development of air and space sensors such as satellites,drones,and ground sensor networks,remote sensing big data is becoming an important data source for geographic construction and target protection.Focused on the development status of remote sensing big data and starting from the acquisition technology of remote sensing big data,the key technologies are explored,such as global high-precision positioning and mapping of satellite remote sensing,construction of three-dimensional geographic environment of air and space remote sensing in key areas,interpretation of complete elements of remote sensing images,and retrieval of remote sensing targets.According to the practice of remote sensing big data in different scenarios,some typical cases of remote sensing big data are also briefly introduced,such as emergency response,natural disaster monitoring and assessment,etc.Finally,the application prospects of remote sensing big data are summarized and outlooked in the context of the current development and strategy of society.
