摘要

针对工业建筑外墙施工升降机中人数计算问题,采用YOLOX目标识别框架和NVIDIA的Jetson开发板为核心的边缘计算实时人数解决方案,使用单个鱼眼镜头进行视频信号采集,计算结果通过RS-485总线反馈到系统.实验结果表明,相较YOLOv3算法相比,既保证了整体系统目标识别能力、准确性和实时性,又有效地降低了系统体积和计算量,提高了系统的整体性价比.在实际环境中,刷新率达33帧/s,识别率达94.52%,系统体积减少70%,系统功耗减少95%,可以满足施工升降机场景实时识别的应用需求.

Abstract

The YOLOX target recognition framework and NVIDIA's Jetson development board are used as the core of the real-time edge calculation solution for the number of people in the elevator of industrial building exterior wall construction.A single fisheye lens is used for video signal acquisition,and the calculation results are fed back to the system through the RS-485 bus.The experimental results show that compared with the YOLOv3 algorithm,it ensures the overall system target recognition abil-ity,accuracy,and real-time,effectively reduces the system volume and calculation amount,improves the overall cost perform-ance of the system.In the actual environment,the refresh rate is 33 FPS,the recognition rate is 94.52%,the system volume is reduced by 70%,and the system power consumption is reduced by 95%.It can meet the application requirements of real-time identification of construction elevator scenes.
