摘要

矿井事故频发引起很多专家的注意,不安全操作对煤矿生产系统的安全影响很大.根据动力学控制原理,利用Ven-simPLE系统构建仿真模型,探讨了不安全行为引起的煤矿生产效率和安全性变化.研究结果表明,初期自我控制能力干预时,形成了稳定安全价值观水平,但最初阶段安全态度就呈现持续下降特点,说明矿工个人价值观虽然保持相对稳定,但外部因素作用会引起个人对工作与具体行为出现明显变化.处于初始状态下,煤矿效率和安全性的相互关系与该情境下的 自制力初值提高10%,煤矿的安全性变化规律明显.对各类情况调整不安全行为指标后,各系统都达到了更高的安全性.抑制冒险行为可以对安全性起到最明显抑制效果,增强矿工安全价值观也能够有效促进煤矿的安全性提升.

Abstract

Frequent mine accidents have attracted the attention of many experts.Unsafe operation has a great impact on the safety of coal mine production system.According to the dynamic control principle,VensimPLE system is used to build a simu-lation model to discuss the changes of coal mine production efficiency and safety caused by unsafe behavior.The results show that when the self-control ability is intervened in the early stage,the level of stable safety values is formed,but the safety atti-tude at the initial stage shows a continuous decline,indicating that although the personal values of miners remain relatively sta-ble,the external factors will cause significant changes in personal work and specific behavior.In the initial state,the mutual re-lationship between coal mine efficiency and safety,and the initial value of self-control in the situation increased by 10%,and the change law of coal mine safety is obvious.After adjusting the unsafe behavior index for all kinds of situations,all systems achieve higher safety.The inhibition of risk-taking behavior can have the most obvious inhibition effect on safety,and enhan-cing the safety values of miners can also effectively promote the safety of coal mines.
