自动校准系统开发及其在手术供血泵精度修正中的应用

为了解决手术中自动血泵校准时出现的数据处理慢、温度有偏差、检测精度差、校准效率低的问题,设计一种基于修正算法的产科手术血泵自动校准系统.通过测定玻璃容器内液体的体积变化以及所消耗的时间计算血泵的液体输送平均流量.基于上述原理设计,系统对实验数据进行重复性分析、误差分析并做出校准结论.结果可见,该系统相对误差小于2%,符合不大于8%的行业规范.该系统可对各种流量条件下的准确度进行测定,双通道形式满足多台供血泵同时校准的需求.
Development of Automatic Calibration System and its Application in Accuracy Correction of Surgical Blood Supply Pump
In order to solve the problems of slow data processing,temperature deviation,poor detection accuracy and low cali-bration efficiency in automatic blood pump calibration,an automatic blood pump calibration system for obstetric operation based on modified algorithm is designed.The average liquid delivery flow of the blood pump is calculated by measuring the volume change of the liquid in the glass container and the time consumed.Based on this principle,a system is designed,the repeatabili-ty and error of the experimental data are analyzed,and the calibration conclusion is made.The results show that the relative er-ror of the system is less than 2%,which meets the industry specification of no more than 8%.The system can measure the ac-curacy under various flow conditions,and the dual channel form can meet the needs of simultaneous calibration of multiple blood supply pumps.
