智能车库存取设备系统及关键技术研究

针对城市停车设施不平衡、车库识别设备老化等问题,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的智能车库存取设备系统.该系统采用基于生物指纹识别和密码验证的车库门禁安全和自动化技术,通过密码与指纹验证系统进行访问;还通过电动螺杆驱动门进行操作,将电机的旋转运动转换为线性运动,使滑动门打开或关闭.文章计算并验证了通过螺钉操作控制车门所需的电机扭矩、每分钟转数和功率要求.实验表明,该系统路径应力分布低于极限路径应力值0.114 MPa,满足城市停车建设的需求.
Research on Access Equipment System and Key Technology of Intelligent Garage
Aiming at the problems of unbalanced urban parking facilities and aging garage identification equipment in the new era,an intelligent garage access equipment system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)is proposed.The system uses garage access security and automation technology based on biometric fingerprint identification and password verification,and access is accessed through a password and fingerprint verification system.The system is also operated by an electric screw-driv-en door,which is used to convert the rotary motion of the motor into linear motion and slide the door open or closed.The mo-tor torque,revolutions per minute and power requirements for controlling the door through screw operation are also calculated and verified.The test showed that the path stress distribution of the system is lower than the limit path stress value of 0.114 MPa,which meets the needs of urban parking construction.
