新能源风电并网对配电网运行风险的影响研究

新能源风电因具有清洁高效等优良特性而获得快速发展,但其功率的随机性会对配电网的运行风险造成较大的影响.在对新能源风电功率特性和风电并网后配电网潮流变化进行理论分析的基础上,提出了一种适应含新能源风电并网的配电网运行风险评估方法.建立含风电并网的配电网运行风险仿真计算模型,通过对风电不同并网容量和不同并网方式下运行风险的计算,获得了新能源风电并网对配电网运行风险的影响规律.研究成果可为新能源风电的并网优化及配电网运行风险的降低提供有效的参考和技术指导.
Research on the Influence to Distribution Network Operation Risk When New Energy Wind Power Grid Connected
New energy wind power has achieved rapid development due to its excellent characteristics such as clean and high effi-cient,but the randomness of its power will have a great influence on the operation risk of distribution network.On the basis of theoretical analysis of the power characteristics of new energy wind power and the change of power flow of distribution network after wind power integration,a risk assessment method for the operation of distribution network with new energy wind power is proposed.The simulation calculation model of distribution network operation risk including wind power interconnection is es-tablished,through the calculation of wind power operation risks under different grid-connected capacities and different grid-con-nected modes,the influence rule of new energy wind power grid connection on distribution network operation risk is obtained.The research results of this paper can provide effective reference and technical guidance for grid connection optimization of new energy wind power and risk reduction of distribution network operation.
