大规模风电并网后电力系统有功功率调度模型

为了保证大规模风电并网后电力系统能够稳定运行,解决现有有功功率调度模型存在的调度效果不佳、调度成本高的问题,对电力系统有功功率调度模型进行了优化设计.选取大规模风电功率场景作为有功功率的调度范围,在该场景内模拟风电并网过程,分析并网后对电力系统产生的影响.根据功率时序特征的提取结果和电力系统潮流计算结果,预测电力系统的有功功率值.通过功率分配、调度量计算、约束条件设置等步骤,完成大规模风电并网后电力系统的有功功率调度.通过实例应用分析实验得出结论:与传统调度模型相比,应用设计调度模型得到的有功功率输出结果更接近期望值,且调度成本降低了 2.7万元.
Active Power Dispatching Model of Power System after Large-scale Wind Power Grid Connection
In order to ensure stable operation of power system after large-scale wind power grid connection,and solve the prob-lems of poor scheduling effect and high scheduling cost in the existing active power scheduling model,optimal design of power system active power scheduling model is carried out.The large-scale wind power scenario is selected as the dispatching range of active power,the wind power grid connection process is simulated in this scenario,and the impact on the power system after grid connection is analyzed.According to the extraction results of power time series characteristics and power flow calculation results of power system,the active power value of power system is predicted.The active power scheduling of power system af-ter large-scale wind power grid connection is completed through the steps of power distribution,scheduling calculation and con-straint setting.Through the example application analysis and experiment,it is concluded that compared with the traditional scheduling model,the active power output obtained by using the designed scheduling model is closer to the expected value,and the scheduling cost is reduced by 27 000 yuan.
